My name is Jake Morisse and I’m currently a barber at Annex Barbershop in Oklahoma City’s Paseo District. I am committed to providing nothing but the highest quality work to you in a professional, consistent and timely manner. Also, being appointment only, I believe heavily in always running on time and being respectful of the busy schedules that we all find ourselves in.
Licensed under a three thousand hour apprenticeship and experienced with countless hours of work the years following, I am here to give you the experience of being able to trust your barber every time you show up to the barbershop and sit in my chair. Our space is one where everyone is included and safe. No matter your race, gender or gender identifier, sexual preference or religious choices. As long as you are kind, courteous and respectful to the people hanging around our shop you are always welcome. My goal is to get back to the basics of the barber chair being a place where, when you sit down, you know you are a part of a community. A place where image doesn’t overpower quality. And most importantly, a place where you are getting a consistent and high quality haircut.
